My new obsession

I have been obsessing over these islands since I saw one reworked on an episode of Design on a Dime, HGTV. I love that they can be used as storage, prep counter, and a small kitchen table! Our kitchen has a space that I believe would be perfect but right now there is a pottery barn bar in its place(a newlwed purchase, I was coaxed into buying it!)
Any thoughts....
